SHIPPING POLICY

AZRC Hobbies currently offers shipping within the contiguous 48 states. We do not offer international shipping.

Please note we begin processing your order immediately and so we are usually unable to cancel or make changes to the order once it is placed.

AZRC Hobbies partners with UPS and USPS to ship your product to your door as efficiently as possible. 

USPS First Class Mail (recommended for parcels up to 1 pound)

USPS Parcel Select Ground (recommended for parcels over 1 pound.

USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business day)

USPS Priority Express (next-day to 2–day delivery service by 6 PM)

If Ground shipping is selected please allow us to 2 weeks for delivery, most items arrive within 7 days.

UPS Ground (1-5 business days)

UPS 3 Day Select (1-3 business days)

UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days)

UPS Next Day Air Saver (Delivery by the end of the next business day)

Hazardous materials (HAZMAT) are only available via ground shipping.

SHIPPING TIMES

All orders placed by 12:00pm MST typically ship the same day.  We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours. We do not guarantee a delivery date but estimate the time of arrival based on the shipping carrier you choose.

AZRC Hobbies is not responsible for delays in shipping due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you or your payment provider.

Two day and Overnight shipping methods via our carrier ship Monday – Friday ONLY. Please note shipping carriers do not deliver expedited orders on the weekend or Holidays.

Once your order is packaged and shipped you will receive an email with tracking info.

SHIPPING ARRIVALS

Please be aware that most carriers are closed for national holidays and are not held responsible for delays due to weather conditions or natural disasters. Your order acknowledgment includes a tracking number for all UPS and USPS shipments. 

AZRC Hobbies and/or the carrier reserve the right to request a signature for proof of delivery. 

RETURN POLICY 

All returns MUST be unopened and UN-used in original packaging and in new condition in order to be resold.

Within 5 Days of purchase a full refund or store credit will be given, RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIRED.

After 5 days, but up to 30 Days of purchase store credit will be given.

After 30 days:

No Returns Accepted.

Warranty Claims:

ALL Warranty Claims on Used, Damaged or Defective products must be handled by the product Manufacture.

AZRC Hobbies does not provide return shipping labels. Your are responsible for covering the cost of shipping on all returned items.

CLEARANCE ITEMS 

Clearance items are final purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged.

DAMAGE POLICY

AZRC Hobbies is not responsible for damage or theft occurring once the package has been delivered. If you parcel has been damaged during delivery please contact us at [email protected].

AZRC Hobbies reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on any merchandise returned for credit.

Shipping charges are not refunded if customers choose to return an item(s)
